Apps unfortunately gets stopped on t2 ultra dual when OTG cable is connected

All the apps get unfortunately stopped when Otg cable connected is safely removed and My T2 ultra gets hanged n phone Gets Restarted please help me solve this problem

Hi, this happens with me and its quite irritating. I always have to switch off pc because all apps in sd card stopped working after I safely remove pen drive. I tried connecting mouse too but sd cards app doesn't stopped working after i disconnect. Perhaps there is no option to safely remove it..

problem with usb otg.

Hii,

I can connect pendrive and other stuff using otg..but after safely removing otg device...some of my apps are getting stopped working displaying message that "appname.extension stopped unexpectedly ".And it doesdj n't fix until I restart my device.it's been a big issue to frequently restart my device everytime when I connect otg.please fix it.
