mobile data keeps dissapearing

Ive had my z3 about 3 weeks on three network and it has been dropping the mobile data connection daily. If i reset the phone it starts to work again. But after a couple of hours it loses it again. Any ideas?

Do you have stamina mode enabled or any task killer apps enabled

I have for the last few days but it was doing before this. Then I put it down to using aeroplane mode at night so I stopped it. But then the problem started again when using stamina mode.

Stamina mode will turn off mobile data if not in use however you could try a system repair see below and if that fails then have your networks store check your device

Performing a system repair - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I might try not using the stamina mode or aeroplane mode for a few days to see if it stops dropping.

Ok so it seems not to be related to just using stamina mode or aeroplane mode. When I've been connected to WiFi for a while then leave it won't pickup any mobile data unless I restart the phone which is very annoying. So now it looks like I'm going to have to factory reset the phone which is a bit of a joke really 😕 especially when it's not guaranteed to work.

I have a similar problem.

I have data connection at the spot im sitting(my office), however when I walk about into no reception areas and lose the signal, I cannot ever get the mobile data connection back(but the phone signal for calling comes back) when I return to my office. I ALWAYS have to reboot the phone in order to reestablish the data connection.

Does NOT happen with my Lumia 1520.

If someone can give me some help I'd appreciate it.
