    <description>&lt;P&gt;Also consider performing a system repair using &lt;A href="http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/PC%20Companion/Sony%20PC%20Companion_Web.exe" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;PC Companion&lt;/A&gt; as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)&lt;BR /&gt;Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unfortunately ..........has stopped</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;virtually every call i try to make i get Unfortunately contacts had stopped or com.android. phone has stopped. &amp;nbsp;I have repeatedly tried to delete the cache under contacts app and even the data (wiping all my contacts) they were backed up on pc so no issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried re boot and leaving off for a while.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is drving me insane - i never thought i would say this but i am missing my old blackberry now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLease help and please do not say delete cache or re boot - believe me i have tried these repeatedly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try an App preferences reset - Open Settings then tap the 3 dots then reset app preferences - Reboot and test&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, the restore to factory worked and phone now working but not syncing calandar since - have posted seperately on this just now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
