hello

my name is Pradip

(1) I have baught a sony xperia Z3 mobile on 01st october of 2014 in sum of Rs.48500/- with in 6 days display cracked then i have given it to shopkeeper who told me that he will solve that but after a month it was in same condition to shopkeeper..

(2) Then I had to go to service station on17 nov 2014 and had to pay Rs.20,000 in advance with jpb no.B1W114111701186

(3) It was repaired with some mistake like dust in camera window and there was a gap found in back battery cover after paying full amount of Rs.20823.87 as on 13 dec 2014.

(4) as on the same day 13 dec 2014, I had to give that phone for repair bacause of sony's BEST TECHNICIANS with job no.W114121301187

(5) It was repaired again with same mistake like dust in camera window and there was a gap found in back battery cover on 06 jan 2015.

(6) again on same delivery day as on 06 jan 2015, I had to give back to repair my phone to "THE BEST TECHNICIANS OF SONY" with job no. W115010604750

(7) since 17 nov 2014, sony company is using my phone and before that shopkeeper used my phone...

(8) what shouid I do?

I'm sorry to hear that but you have to contact your local Xperia care, perhaps request to speak to a manager

Sounds like the shop keeper repaired the screen and did a bad job. And is blaming sony perhaps? Have you spoken to Sony directly?

There are six month gone and for last 6 (six) MONTHS They are making me fool...

1.A shopkeeper

2.district sales manager

3.service manager

They are making me a fool like..

1.If you have waited for faur (4) month then why cant you wait for a month?

2. Afer a month If you wait for five(5) months then why cant you wait for a week?

3. After five(5) months and a week ... wait for ten(10) days your problem will be solved.

TODAY THERE ARE SIX MONTHS GONE AND STILL PROBLEM NOT SOLVED

SONY COMPANY IS AN ENTERTAINER,WHO IS GOING TO ENJOY THEIR CUSTOMERS PROBLEM...
