Heya everyone

I bought Sony Xperia Z1, with Android 4.4.4 on 02/02/2015, and had faced no issues until around 20/02/2015 when it stopped detecting my network operator. I tried removing and re-inserting the sim card, it worked for a while and then, back to no network. I gave it to Sony authorised service centre, here in Vadodara, India, but they returned my the phone stating the problem is resolved with a software update, but it isn't the truth. Later on, I again gave them my handset for service, and they repeated the same thing. Now, my smartphone doesn't work as a phone even. I could provide you with the work order numbers for both of my visits to the Sony ASC. For my first visit to the Sony ASC, it is W115030305296 dated 3/3/15 and for my second visit, its W15032505115 dated 25/3/2015

Sony service centres seem to be uninterested and negligient in resolving the issue, so I had to come up over here, and ask for a solution to my grievances or else all my 25K for the phone is lost. Need help, quick.

Thank you.
