Top speaker problem

Hello everyone i need some help to know what happened to my phone.
2 days ago i noticed when i was listening to music in walkman or watching a video on youtube the audio in the top speaker didn't work! In a first moment i noticed that if I pressed the screen or the back of phone the top speaker for 4-5 second worked. After doesn't work even in this mode...My question is: Is this an hardware problem? the top speaker is fault or can this be a software problem? And if someone had my same problem,he's welcome! Thank you

Hi,

I suggest that you go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test device. From here you can test the speakers on your phone to see if they function OK. If they do, you could try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if you expeirence the same behaviour:

When i test device,the sound exit only from the down speaker! And if i reebot in safe mode, the same thing..

Then it might be related to a hardware issue. But one thing that you could try is to perform a software repair via PC Companion to exclude software related problems:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

But if the behaviour persist, you would do best by visiting nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

For everyone have my same problem bring your phone to support center! They repaired mine in 11 days. Got mine today.
