It's only released for the D2305 and to only 8 countries so I'd hazzard a guess it is country specific firmware

The only change that I can see is that they put the Notes back.

True. At first i disabled notes app, but after this update they put it back. Sorry for my bad english

M2 Transfer Pictures?

New updated stated 'you can now transfer pictures and make new folder's all the new update has done has stopped the auto rotate working and wiped all my notes.
