https://community.sony.ro/t5/xperia-archive/z1-compact-e-mail-problems/m-p/3383249#M483905 <P><STRONG>I have just changed from a Sony Xperia M2 to a Z1 compact, my previous mobile was a BlackBerry and although old was servicable = got call/texts and my E-Mail.</STRONG></P><P><STRONG>The Sony M2 was useless as regards battery life , my wife has same model = fine, i returned mine after months of dealing with Virgin mobile my provider who have a mediocre customer service.</STRONG></P><P><STRONG>Now i have a Z1 which configures Google supported e-mail = Gmail and my Blueyonder ( Virgin mail is by Google) however the actual e-mail i want to get which is from my website which is how i earn my living ! i cant get as the Sony mobile i get a message saying " could not finish " can't connect to server.</STRONG></P><P><STRONG>I then get in touch with Virgin, their tech guy tells me that the mobile is fine and it must be an issue with my hosting Co !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
