Z2: No missed calls

Hello,

Since the new Android update, I don't get any notifications for missed calls anymore.
I do see every call when I go to the call list, but so I don't get any notifications for missed calls. My sister has the same problem since the new update.
Anyone here with the same problem?

Are you using a third party notification app ?

Does it work while on safe mode?

I tried the safe mode, but even then I still don't get the notifications for missed calls. Whenever I get a missed call, I get this pop-up message:

"Call Unanswered and Forwarded"

I got this message in safe mode too.

Sorry to hear that you have issues with missed calls. I've seen this reported in a few other threads as well and it's been forwarded internally for further investigation.

Make sure your seeing is right, try this once in dial hot option corner up right, filter call log, show all calls

Thanks for your reply. But that's not the problem. My call log list is just fine, I can see all the outgoing, incoming and missed calls. The problem is that I don't get any notification for missed calls. So if I want to check if I have a missed call, I always have to check the call log list. I never get the pop-up notification anymore.

Has Sony fixed this issue? I'm facing the same problem. I don't get the missed call notifications on the bar nor the lock screen. I even tried software repair using PCC
