My phone Xperia Z2 doesnt want turn on

Hi guys my phone on this morning suddenly death without any reason.

My batteray was 70% last i see on my phone.

This morning my phone was on my pocket and an hour later suddenly death.

I tried to press the power button, power button with up volume and red buton on sim card slot but it doesnt work.

My phone only turn on with Sony Xperia on the screen but didnt want to booting on OS.

what should i do ?

really really need help

First of all, try to force shutdown .

Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for

5 seconds > ( 1 Vibration ) Force restart

10 Seconds > ( 3 Vibrations ) Force shutdown

After that, do not try to switch it on and put it on charging. See if you're able to see the battery charging icon on the screen.

Report what happens.

If that doesn't work then try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

and if that fails then I'm sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and ask to have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

yeah I my phone was turn on when i plugin it to charger and just batteray icon appear my phone turn off again

My phone can't restart if i connect it in PC. I must connect it to charger if I want to restart it

I suggest going through the steps Thommo has supplied, as the handset will be powered off during the whole process and should allow the reinstall.

If this fails, I can only suggest contacting Sony Mobile within your region and get the device to a service agent for repairs if required. Use the link in my signature to find contact details for your location.
