Audio and video sync problem

Audio and video are not in sync when I play from a device other than the phone.

For example If i transfer to my pc and play it on windows media player.

I have also tried in adobe premier elements, (video editing)

Is it just my phone or is it a common problem?

Could you try a different computer? How are you transferring the files? are those files recorded with your phone?

Yes i tried on both my laptop and the stationary pc.

Im using USB to transfer.

Yes the files are recorded with the xperia z3.

Im not using any program, just connect and open up Z3 from the computer.

Is that the problem? Do i need some program to transfer?

You shouldn't but you can try with PCC
