      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you have a downloaded app that's causing this in that case. An old version of Google Chrome could cause this for example.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try swiping running apps from recent apps and see if you can find the app causing it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
