m2 signal li problems

Only seem tone getting 1 bar most of the time.
My network is 3 and them seem to think the network signalised ok in my area.

That's poor network coverage, that's not a phone issue but a carrier/network issue.

-120 is unacceptable

-100 is poor but usable

-80 is acceptable/decent

-60 is good

-40 is excellent

Could it be the antenna as I've turned WiFi off and it is still the same.

WiFi should not interfere with your network's signal.

Boot on safe mode and check again

it could be a third party app acting up
