So I deleted the 360 security and saw this in my browser history:

Now, during each unlocking the screen, the browser is autimaticly opening and there is written:
"The page at android.alert.com-redir.com says
There are required to install this Apps.
Press Ok to install"

But now my Dr. Web is blocking all of links, but links are still persists and are coming after each time unlocking the screen.

Bewfore installing the Dr. Web, there was appear this:

What should I do now? 360 security is deleted, I have active antiviruses McAfee and Dr. Web. When I'm loging in the safe mode, there is no apps with doubtful names. What to do?

Thank you for your support and help.

You are either infected or an app you have installed is a targeted malware app which will try and send premium text messages - You best and probably only option is to perform a system repair

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your tablet and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your tablet and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your tablet still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
