T3 sim unlock screen

Hey guys, wondering if I could get your interpretation of my SIM unlock service screen.

I purchased this legitimatley, out of box but new, during a Sony Store liquidation sale. The local outlet had a deal with the provider ROGERS. Is this "hardlocked"? What should my next course of action be?

[o] - network 10

[x] - network subset 0

[x] - service provider 0

[x] - corporate 0

[x] - SIM 0

As far as I know,you need to purchase an unlock code. You have 10 tries.

Contact PROGERS and request the code or check on websites such as unlock4cheap

Your device is country locked but you have according to the figures to provided 10 tries at entering the correct code before it also becomes hard locked
