    <description>&lt;P&gt;i can't connect my phone through USB Cable because both my Desktop (Win 7) and Laptop (Win 8.1) cannot detect my Xperia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to repair my phone through PC Companion but I Can't because of this problem.. Everytime i'm going to connect my phone to my laptop or desktop, windows can't recognize it and i already tried the other solution posted here like i should uninstall the driver in the device manager waited for few minutes as mentioned that it will automatically install the driver.. but nothing happened! i don't know the cause of this problem. I hope you can provide a solution in my problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I take it your Windows 7 system is a 64 bit - This&amp;nbsp;quite common and often fixed by running Pc companion in compatibility mode&lt;/P&gt;</description>
