Windows can't Detect my XPERIA SP

i can't connect my phone through USB Cable because both my Desktop (Win 7) and Laptop (Win 8.1) cannot detect my Xperia.

I want to repair my phone through PC Companion but I Can't because of this problem.. Everytime i'm going to connect my phone to my laptop or desktop, windows can't recognize it and i already tried the other solution posted here like i should uninstall the driver in the device manager waited for few minutes as mentioned that it will automatically install the driver.. but nothing happened! i don't know the cause of this problem. I hope you can provide a solution in my problem.

I take it your Windows 7 system is a 64 bit - This quite common and often fixed by running Pc companion in compatibility mode
