The phone is ringing with out incoming call. Have To put the phone on silent to not hearing the ring tone or put on do not disturb or put ring tone on none

regarding your problem. does it happen when you are on safe mode?

I'm sorry to hear about that, that must be very annoying.

How often does this happen, and for how long has it been going on? Do you remember if you did a software update or install a new application prior to you hearing the ring tone without a incoming call?

As recommended by @nolramlb, please try and restart the phone in safe mode to make sure this is not caused by a third party application.

Let us know how it works in safe mode!
