Hello I have a problem with my phone. When I plug in a headphones I get a message "Connect the headset" etc but when I go to the service menu to tab "tests" and run test for "Earphone" headphones start to work. After that I can listen to radio, music, yt and even call to someone using headset but when I plug in headphones again (after disconnect) I can't hear nothing and I have to repeat the whole process again. I have installed the newest firmware (5.1.1), uninstalled/installed/updated/turned off Smart Connect and nothing has changed.

could you test a different pair of headphones?

I have tested 4 pairs of headphones including the original MH750 - same results + only left earphone crackles.
