    <description>&lt;P&gt;but when you play music does it work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to run Xperia Diagnostics. settings&amp;gt;about&amp;gt;Xperia Diagnostics.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also try to run &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; and play music to see if the device speakers works,. if it works, then the problem might be on the apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to reninstall the apps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, i just got the Sony Xperia XZ and have been trying it out a little. I did find a little issue which bothers me... When i make a call (be it whatsapp of Skype) no dound seems to be coming out of the upper speaker.&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone else have this or know a solution for it?</description>

      <description>Unfortunately, the issue is due to both speakers being used for stereo, most voip apps such as Skype, WhatsApp, fb even loudspeaker voice calls in the phone, are set to use mono and thus will only output through one speaker.</description>
