question about jalou. please reply!!!

i bought jalou dolce gabbana, and when i click the red button to turn it on,, on the exterior screen, a small white round light appears, and then it turns off when the phone is turned on. is that whats supposed to happen when i turn it on??? please.

Hi,

That is normal, its just part of the power on process. The light is an indicator for things like when your battery is low. Everything is good.

Hello there thanks very much for your reply. i posted it because i had a problem with the 1st i bought and i ordered a new jalou so just making sure

my battery isnt low...it just turns on when i turn on the phone, only for a sec, then its off.:smileysilly:

My colleagues and I just grabbed a few and tested them all, to make sure, before I posted for you.

The indicator will flash red when your battery is low, that's all. What you are seeing now is totally normal!
