question about HPM-77 ear piece

Is HPM-77 left side mean to be louder than the right side?i just brought it less than a week,i been trying to know is it its meant to be features or there is a problem with my eye piece.how to get a ans asap

not suppose to be. Most of the time is is due to the following:

1) the earpiece is inserted at different position in the left /right ear, so sthe audio get block somehow

2) the source of your music is unbalance - make sure you have a good source

3) lastly, which i am not really sure, everyone left and right ear have different level of sensitivity and response to difference frequency.

4)Finally, test it with another person's ear

I had one HPM-77 some time ago and the sound was exactly the same in both ears........

The previous answer is possibly correct!
