@malak3first of all, please post in English. it's an international forum, so it'll be easier for everyone to understand you and possibly offer a solution.

do you mean forcing a phone to reboot when it's frozen? pressing and holding power and volume up buttons should do the trick.

Follow @najodleglejszy instructions and press Volume up and Power buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds at least. This should force your phone to restart/shut down depending on how long you press.

More details in the XZ3 user manual, you can switch the language for your convenience.

he don't work on ma xz3 but i can reset my phone have you a solution please ?

For a simple reset you goto settings-> tap magnifying glass->type reset->find reset->reset

For a thorough reset goto computer install Xperia Comanion and do a software repair.

Before reset or repair make a backup.

However: be smart and don't restore your apps.

I may very well be that a self installed app is causing your problems.

When you restore your backup you will reintroduce your problem as well.

The simple Google backup and sync is your best friend for a safe backup and restore.

Before reset create a recent backup of WhatsApp (if you have installed it).

Google will not restore WhatsApp for you.

After installing WhatsApp again you can restore your WhatsApp backup from the WhatsApp cloud very easy.
