    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dearest Sony fans and community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For few years we write letters here and to Sony support for improving software and its products but seems that no one is listening, but only hot is served!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few months ago, some of my recommendations of Xperia 1 dual J9110 devices were sold to 2 dear friends. We are a few people guiding other people to buy devices and these 2 bought this device having such shame issues for the update 55.2.A.4.332 (these devices are still in stores!):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. The GSM signal is dropping like hell in important areas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Proximity sensors are not working well mostly on Stamina Battery Saver activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Tons of camera issues, like in the samples below after so many years: &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/sh/iek3ufy0vq6tzm3/AACO1uXTF18iXVpbEH7yAIh7a?dl=0" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.dropbox.com/sh/iek3ufy0vq6tzm3/AACO1uXTF18iXVpbEH7yAIh7a?dl=0&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the name of my friends and all people trusting Sony, to send these issues again or without any remaking the words to Sony engineers as fast as possible for a future update (ideal for an Android 12 update) because these guys sent over 1000 euros on 2 devices with perfect same issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their final answers after more than 3 months of waiting (and so many letters and samples with much in return) were:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;***&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Mr. S,&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your patience.&lt;BR /&gt;We apologize for any inconvenience.&lt;BR /&gt;With reference to your inquiry, after investigating the case with Sony engineers, we received an update confirming that the camera of your phone is working within specifications and as expected.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for understanding and should you have any further questions, please feel free to reply to this e-mail.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your inquiry.&lt;BR /&gt;Yours sincerely,&lt;BR /&gt;Maha&lt;BR /&gt;SONY SUPPORT TEAM&lt;BR /&gt;SUPPORT: &lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;***&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was the expectation of such expensive device?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as you can...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
