Xperia 5 II Software Repair failed & No sound during calls

Hi there,

I've been having issues with the phone for over a week now. Google chrome video playback was laggy, then few apps weren't useable anymore. Other apps kept crashing including camera app, Bluetooth stopped working and most importantly, I cannot call, I cannot hear the other person and they cant hear me. My phone is useless right now.

I've also tried safe mode and factory resets many times but nothing has worked to fix these issues.

Then I tried software repair on Xperia Companion with normal option and my device cannot be detected but it failed multiple times.

Please help.

2 options

- factory reset from the settings menu

- tap 'device isn't recognized or is a smartwatch'
