Low headphone volume with "Dolby Sound" enabled

When using headphones, max volume output is too low with Dolby Sound enabled, compared to it disabled. Can it be increased in future updates, to ensure it's at least as loud as with Dolby disabled, if not louder?

Don't want to disable it because it sounds much better and louder with loudspeakers when enabled. However, this loudness boost should be reflected in headphones too.
