I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but

1st does the phone turn on at all?

if it does

2nd is the screen responsive at all?

if it does then

test the screen settings > support > Xperia Test > test the screen

if it doesn't, connect a mouse with a usb dongle to use the phone and create a backup
