Hi,

I have xm3 for a while now. Despite some issues one solid plus was that I could've used the buds separately as they were keeping two separate connections. Now, that I had to upgrade the phone, I have lost this capability - connection runs via left piece and it drains its battery twice as fast in retransmission to another bud. Have anyone seen this before? How can this be fixed?

Regards

Hey @Blade1024

Can you make sure that the headset is up to date: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wf-1000xm3/software/00258757

Also try to reset it and initialize it from the steps of the help guide and then test again: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wf1000xm3/v1/en/contents/TP0002289925.html
