Unable to download Music centre to pc

Does anyone know how to solve the problem of downloading the latest version of music centre for pc? The first stage of the download begins with extracting files and then it ends. If I remember correctly the download goes through 3 or 4 stages before fully downloaded. I downloaded an earlier version when I first purchased my pc 2 years ago with no problems at all. I am using windows 11. Thanks.

Hey @dezpen66

You should be able to download the whole software using your browser. If you're facing issues with the downloading, I'd suggest that you try with a different browser.

Have tried every browser available and still only downloaded initial phase of download. Very frustrating as can’t transfer CDs to my Sony NW-A105. Is there no alternative download method? Would have made more sense as an app in Microsoft store. I am using Windows 11.
