How do I connect to 2024 SAMSUNG smart tv with no optical port or headphone jack .it has 3 HDMI ports one with eARK is there an adapter available

color me surprised, but it seems, that Samsung really got rid of even the most basic outputs as per the product specs on the TV models website:

There seem to be a few "ARC audio extractor" adapters available, but as I never used any, I can't recomment any particular product or tell you how well they work.
