How long WF-1000XM3 earbuds play after every time taking out of the charging case fully charged?

1.5 hrs or 6 hrs?

It should be 3 -6 hours depend on the settings that you have. You can find the available operating time of the earbuds here.

Battery life drops away rapidly. After 2 years mine are down to 20 minutes before a low battery warning. Pretty poor at this price point.

@Martychris , did you try to reset and initialize it ? Try different chargers as well
