Hey @c.sydney7475

I believe you are referring to the model WH-ULT900N , you can check the instructions here if the noise-cancelling is not Ok: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2981/v1/en/contents/TP1001293828.html?search=noise%20canceling%20

If the noise-cancelling has low effect in some occasions, I'd suggest that you read this: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wh-ult900n/articles/00203389

Does anyone seem to have a problem with the noise cancelling in the new Sony Ult?

Mine seem to have trouble with traffic noises especially engines. It is so bad out om the road. I thought sony would have better noise cancelling performances witht their headphones.
