A80J automatically switching to HT A9 HDMI

So I have a HT A9 system paired ot a Sony Bravia A80J tv and every time I turn the TV on, and the HT A9 kicks in, it automatically switches to the A9 HDMI source. Even more annoyingly, sometimes this happens only after I launch a TV app so I have to open it twice. Now, I know you can turn off Bravia Sync to turn off auto switching but then you seem to lose all the integration options, so that's a no-go. I wasn't able to find any options specifically to keep the TV from switching to A9's input on wake-up. Any suggestions?

Hey poloco100,

Try the following:

-Unplug the TV from the mains and leave it for two minutes.

-Disconnect any external devices.

*Test

-Update the sound system: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/sound-bars-home-theater-systems-sound-bars-surround-speakers/ht-a9/software/00272360

-Reset both:
