How to preview action cam's input into pc

I have sony hdr as50

I have the playmemories app for smart phone that shows you what it records and all, but how do you do this on a pc? win7 no wifi only lan

That is not possible without extra accessories.

I though recommend this one: http://www.magix.com/gb/rescue-your-videotapes/ since it already comes with software, which can also record.

You will only get a 576i video preview with this method anyways.
