I've noticed the exif data doesn't show up in the gallery anymore. All I get is lts of N/A's. Anybody else noticed this?
I used to hover over picture & get information to help me select my next camera.

Hey,

I mean it would be easier for the guys here at the community to assist you, if we can have more info about the camera you're using, cause right now we're just guessing.

It's happened again. When Hovering over photos in gallery the exhif data page comes up with all N/As. It's not about cameras, it's about the gallery web page.

Let's get this right. I am talking about the competition Gallery pictures. When hovering over them with a mouse the Exif Data would show up, giving usefull information about the photo, camera, etc. Now the exif data pge appears but all the informatio is N/A on every suject. So if one of the website guys would take a look it would be usefull. Thank You.
My camera is fine. I just purchased a RX10 IV.

works again for me too. seems intermittent. some days I can see the exif data others I just get N/As on all the data. Could be my security. (script blockers, ad blockers, etc.) Thanx for reply.

5th Nov. 2021. It's doing it again. No exif info on the competition gallery. Even on my own pics. I have the latest firefox browser. I have turned off all ad blockers, script blockers, etc. Is there a privacy setting that I have missed?
The exif content page opens ok, when I hover over it with my mouse, but the info sections are all marked N/A.
This seems to be intermittent as another day it works fine. ?????
Sorry to HannahEd01 Specialist. I don't want to sound too abrupt, but it is just my frustration at intermittent problems & the thought of not making myself clear.

Hey bungiboy, it's working for me again. Mostly it's a firewall or something. Did you try another browser?

Tried turning off all security, script blockers, ad blockers, etc. Nothing is stopping the window opening when I hover over it with my mouse. Everything is there but the relevent answers. eg. Camera type etc. will say N/A. I just come to the conclusion that some days it works, others it doesn't. I have bought my new camera so it's not as relevent to me as it was when I was trying to decide. Thanx for looking in to it for us though.

Still; how is when using another computer in your home?

Are you using VPN, a firewall, adblockers?

What if using Chrome browser in standard settings.

I am using firefox 94.0.1 64bit. what I am using is always the same. Which doesn't account for sometimes working, sometimes not. Intermittent problems are always the worst. It will show itself in time. Thanks for looking though.

I tried to reproduce your problem and succeeded.

In my case Exif data are displayed in Firefox (despite using uBlock, PrivacyBadger and PiHole), however in Microsoft Edge (using uBlock, PrivacyBadger and PiHole) the exif data are being displayed as 'not available'.

The outcome is clear, the cause is misty.

29-11-2021 working fine again today. all exif data shown. Asaid, some days it does, some days it doesn't. ???

You can just keep testing it for now, and update us every now and then and see how is it gonna go from here.

11th December 01:55am, No exif data again today. Not even on my own photo's. All fields show as N/A.
Strange, it just aked me to create an account when I am already signed in ???
Leads me to wonder if it is seeing me as a visitor & not recognising me as a member, therefore not allowing exif info to be displayed ?

3rd January 2022. Still no exif info in competion photo's. Panel drrops down but just shows all fields as N/A.

Firefox 95.0.2, Windows 7.
