You didn't share the steps you have taken to get things going.

Instructions can be found in the manual.

In this manual Playmemories Mobile is mentioned.

That app is obsolete.

Use Imaging Edge Mobile instead.

Hope this information can make it work for you.

If not, come back, explain the steps you have taken and share with us where it didn't work as expected.

Yes, I am using Imaging Edge Mobile. No problem transferring pictures with wifi, but I am not able to do the Bluetooth pairing (for the first time)

Bluetooth isn't always connecting like you'd expect it to do.

On your iPhone reset bluetooth settings and start all over again.

Now it is working! The program was stuck somehow, and I had to remove my camera from the list and then reinstall it. When I followed the instructions it solved the problem!
