I have purchased a laptop that runs&nbsp;Windows 8.1 Pro. I tried to install from the original CD and a message came up and propmted me to&nbsp;PlayMemories, which I did. When I connect my camera to my PC and open PlayMemories it sees it as a DVD RW. I can se no media or do anything with it.
