Claiming cashback

I have switched to Sony after some 20+ with Nikon. However, the only item which has a cashback is the lens SEL24105G (24-105mm F4 OSS) and despite giving all the necessary information several times over + more! Sony EU keep blocking by invalidating my claim. They keep saying I only have a DSC-RX10M4, which I indeed have 2 years ago.

I purchased the A7Riv, 200-600mm lens as well as the above lens and all have been registered. Sony EU imply they have no record of these purchases. I suspect that there are two incompatible systems in use ie one by the UK and one in Europe.

Any clues?
