how do I access my complimentary Harry Potter ebook?

I wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem.

I have just taken delivery of the sony prs-t2 reader, and promptly proceeded to take advantage of the enclosed voucher for a Harry Potter book viar the 'pottermore' website.

The supplied code is not accepted on the site.

Has anyone else had this problem, if so how did you overcome it?

How "promptly" were you ?

Have you authorised, registered, and got Adobe loaded etc.....:smileyconfused: before you tried ?

Obvious, I know, but one never knows .......

Everything, in fact, that the manual says is necessary to use the device ?

Otherwise, I'd say contact your supplier, or Sony or Pottermore via email - 'phone if you're feeling adventurous - but should work if that's what they've "given" you.

Or perhaps this is a touch of the "Curse of the Free Classic Selection" that old Sony hands know so well..

Yes I have done it today. It works...pl check you are following the steps correctly. You may also need to set up seperate account on pottermore as it is different site.
