SVF15N1B4E AUTO ROTATE LOCK

Hi all does any one else have a problem with there vaio fit 15 muti flip auto rotate staying locked after being in laptop mode,,and when you unlock from the charms still doesnt rotate,

even a restart doesnt work??

i have to completely shut down and then turn on to fix it,,,bit of a pain..

i have been intouch with sony and have said to do a systems restore out of windows mode,,

i told them i have done systems restore but with in windows ,,wich is the same is it not??

anyway Help Please!!

Hi yep that's ticked.. I ended up doing what. Sony said and reset back to factory settings doing it outside of windows which has worked so far...
