Hi Guys

Am unable to watch a blue ray disc on my sony viao SVS13A1X9ES. It says its blue ray compactible but the cd wont play.

Any help at all?

What BD Media Player are you trying to play the BD Disc on? Do you have Cyberlink PowerDVD installed? Is it fully updated?

Are you still using the original Windows 7 OS?

What is the Region Code of the BD Disk?

Any extra information you can give may help you get a useful answer.
