Clicking sound

Hi, I have a Sony tv XR-65A80K connected to HT-7000 less than 1 year old. All was OK, but it has now started to click when changing channel. I have renewed both HDMI leads, it’s connected into the ARC HDMI port and is still making the clicking. Any ideas?

Hi Chris,

I've tried before to unplug everything from the mains for 2 minutes, this usually solves most random issues like this one. You can also try to check for software updates for both devices in the following links:

If all of this didn't help, just try to factory reset the soundbar and test, then factory reset the TV. Here are the links for the instructions for factory resetting both devices:
