Does acoustic centre sync work with X90S & HT-A3000?

Hi, I have the 50X90S TV and the HT-A3000 soundbar.

I thought the acoustic centre sync feature was compatible with both of these but I can’t seem to get them to work. I have connected them together with the included cable, but no luck.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, are you sure where you connected the cable to the TV, to which input?

I connected it to the “AV in” input. It fit perfectly so I figured it was the right one. Am I wrong?

The support pages suggested the X90K was compatible and the X90S is just the 50 inch version of that, perhaps I was mistaken.

The PDF of the Italian Technical Data Sheet also talks about the possibility of using AV IN for S-Center Speaker, but the X90S Quick Setup Guide does not show the Connection in combination with AV IN...

X90S is not among the compatible TVs in fact:

Oh, right. That is disappointing. Oh well.

I didn’t realise the X90S had differences from the X90K other than size.
