Why isn't there a 4K@60fps video shooting?
Snapdragon 845/855 supports 4K@60fps shooting and competitor devices like Samsung Galaxy S10, LG G8/V50 ThinQ, Apple iPhone XS, HTC U12+, Xiaomi Mi 9, OnePlus 6T, Oppo Reno 10x zoom all have 4K@60fps shooting but Xperia XZ2,XZ3,even 1 do not have such a useful feature.. Is it going to be added in future updates?
I do hope Sony will enable 4K 60fps recording in their main camera app (not 3rd party) since hardware is capable of doing it. I think it could be delivered with software update in the future.
This is shame. For example it is possible in Opencamera. Should be added to Sony camera..

If you check the exported video from open camera, you'll see it's 30fps
They really need to add this feature!!
How are you gonna add a Cinema app but then lack behind in your standard Camera app 😕
Not bothered about 60fps let's get stability sorted out first.
Bro, you don't really have to use the same tone in every single post... most of us work in top fortune 100 companies and that has nothing to do with this forum nor its purpose....
The forum is not even managed by SONY mobile... read the FAQ and other sections... We all tried to report issues that most of them weren't solved in the past so don't really waste your time...
If it's going to be fixed, it will, else nothing will ever force them to fix it. End of story. A lot of people whinning about poor P30 pro camera app and performance on Huawei forums, so is the case for the Samsung.
Realistically, if I were at the top management level browsing the forum, to me, you represent less than the absolute minority of people not satisfied with the phone. It might not be the case but the management rarely take initiave based on a thread or post online.
Most reviewers on youtube and tech forums criticized the 4k stabilization since day one yet it's not been addressed. Do you think your post will change anything ? I mean come on ?
I've removed your other post as it goes against the forum guidelines, as another user has reminded you, this is a global user based forum, you can contact Sony directly >>> https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/
On a side note, this post
seems like blackmail? not sure but do contact Sony with your feedback and please do follow the forum guidelines, thanks.

Can I just add, that I also feel that ok, everything has issues, and to pipe up and praise the P30's camera is a bit much, as it does have its fair share of issues, and Huawei are even slower at times than Samsung or Sony at pushing out updates.
Also I feel that a direct phone call or email to Sonys mobile division themselves would go a lot further than coming on a forum, and for lack of a better word, trolling.
Sure the mods will pass information along, but the real way would be to directly contact the higher uppers.
Now Huawei Mate 30 Pro supports 4K@60fps recording, Only Google Pixel and Sony Xperia powered by CineAlta do not support.
