Bluetooth issues

My Xperia 10 11 will not connect to any Bluetooth device. I've done factory reset even done software repair on the companion app still not working any ideas please

where exactly does the connection not work? Doesn't the phone pair to any bluetooth-device? Does it pair but not connect afterwards?
