I have disabled Mobile Data roaming while travelling abroad on my Xperia 10 Plus (I4293), but still gets an invoice with significant amount charge for Internet roaming from my MSP. No transfer of data is registered in Xperia on that particular SIM, but it doesn't matter. It is happens twice - one time wwith SIM1 when I didn't plan to use smartphone for browsing at all (roaming data switched off), next time when I use local SIM1 for Mobile data, while SIM2 was on roaming with no data transfer allowed (roaming data switched off). Both times Ihas been charged for roaming data.
