I NEED HELP!!!
I recently bought a Sony Xperia 10. The touch screen is completely unresponsive, and has been all day. This was a used phone, however it has no signs of wear at all, and when the company I bought it from had it, it was all in working order. The phone was factory reset before it came to me, so none of my accounts, nor my fingerprint etc are on the device. I can not unlock the device as the screen is not responsive. My google account is not on the device so I can’t perform a software repair using the Xperia Companion PC App.
I had tried booting into safe mode, restarted the phone multiple times, all with no luck.
Please let me know any more details you may need.
any help would be hugely appreciated!!!
Hello @Ethan24_GT,
you should be able to operate the phone via a computer mouse and a OTG connector.
Then you can reset/calibrate the touchscreen and see if that resolves your issue.

Try this:

Open the Xperia Companion app
