Turned phone on, said it had no sim, then tried wifi, wouldn't connect. All other devices. Connected to xperia companion then said there was an error in repair even though it new it had the latest software. did a hardware reset on phone, came up in chinese. asked a chinese friend to confirm steps and still won't connect to wifi to complete set up and change language. Other posts said its a hardware issue? a bit worrying. shall i just aim for a swap. am in australia as sony abandoned us, but still love them, so getting a swap might be an issue.
