Purchased an Xperia 10 NEW, Dec 19 and hasnt even lasted 2 months before it is no longer usable
Thursday this week, phone was turned on after being off for a few hours and now it wont make phone calls or receive them. This also applies to other apps that allow calling such as whatsapp.
It tries to call, but then locks up and get the message "system UI isnt responding".
What i have done so far:
1. tried sim card in another phone - works OK
2. tried a safe mode boot - issue still present
3. carried out full reset, didnt install any 3rd party app - issue still present
4. used the sony support software to run a repair and install with laptop - issue still present
5. switched off and left over night, powered up - issue still present
6. had a software update today 53.0.A.14.47 - issue still present
Need help as cant believe its lasted than 2 months, which is asolutely shocking from a BRAND NEW phone.
What am i mean't to do now Sony?
