Hey guys,
I just purchased my KD 65XG9505 and I’m missing the “Channel list edit” option. More precisely it disappears immediately.
it’s quite frustrating. Can anybody provide a fix for this?

Exit YouView (how to is in the FAQs at the top of this Community) into Freeview, and you can do it on that side of these sets.
And if you return to YouView (if you want to) and skip the retune step, your edits will be preserved on the YouView side, even though you can’t make them on that side.
but I’m missing YouView option completely.
I followed the steps from FAQs, but can’t find a mention of it anywhere.

That doesn’t look like I expected - there’s no YouView option there.
Did you look in Digital Channel setup for it?
Or is it possible that when you go back to the EPG, it is already Freeview, not YouView now, and you should be able to do the channel editing?
I did, and I couldn't find it anywhere. it is weird. The option appears but disappears immediately I can shoot a short video for display. But not sure how to proceed here :(.
@royabrown2 do you know what should be the patch level? There wasn’t any patch released since 1.1.2019? Thanks
That’s just ‘Security patches’ - you can see that the Kernel has been updated since,
