kd-43xd8305 Hbbtv doesn't work

I get the msg at the bottom right corner to press the red button in order to enter.The main menu appears and thats it.The directional keys or the back button are not responding at all and I cant select anything.I can only press the red button again to exit.

Why the direction keys are not responding?

This may be an obvious question - but have you checked the batteries in your remote? It may be that they're running low. Otherwise - could you let us know if you've downloaded the latest firmware yet? It's available here if not: http://bit.ly/2kqjxxF.
